MedCare Partners Health Plan of Texas provides free aids and services to individuals with disabilities to assist them in communicating effectively with the health plan.  Such services may include but are not limited to qualified sign language interpreters, and written information in various formats such as large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, and others.

 

MedCare Partners Health Plan of Texas provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

 

If you need these services or believe that MedCare Partners Health Plan of Texas has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or gender identify, contact MedCare Partners Health Plan of Texas Member Services at 1-866-MCP-TX01 (1-866-627-8901) (TTY 711) 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week from October 1 – March 31 (except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day) and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday from April 1 – September 30 (except for federal holidays). You can file a grievance in person or by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, Member Services is available to help you.
